उम्मीदवार अपनी कंसर्नस/सुझावों को 3 माध्यमों से रेलवे को भेज सकते हैं।अभ्यर्थी स्वयं अपनी शिकायत सूचना में दिये गये प्रारूप पर भरकर कार्यालय में जाकर जमा कर सकते हैं।उम्मीदवार जारी प्रारूप के अनुसार अपनी पंजीकृत ईमेल आईडी से अपनी समस्या भर सकते हैं और रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड समिति का ईमेल rrbcommittee@railnet.gov.in पर भेज सकते हैं।

उम्मीदवार अपनी शिकायत ऑनलाइन फॉर्म के माध्यम से भी दर्ज करा सकते हैं। रेल मंत्रालय ने 26 जनवरी 2022 को घोषणा की कि जिन उम्मीदवारों ने RRB NTPC & Group D Level I की परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन किया है, वे इस मामले पर अपनी कंसर्नस/सुझावों को हमे दे सकते हैं। बिहार में ऍप्लिकैंट्स जारी परिणाम और परीक्षा प्रारूप को लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे। रेलवे ने अब परीक्षा आयोजित करने और समस्या का समाधान होने तक परीक्षा आयोजित नहीं करने का फैसला किया है।

एक हाई पावर कमेटी का गठन किया गया था जो छात्रों से प्राप्त प्रतिक्रियाओं से निपटेगी और इस मामले पर आगे सुझाव देगी। छात्र अपनी सिफारिशें उसी को प्रस्तुत करेंगे।एनटीपीसी और ग्रेड डी लेवल I परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को घोषित किए गए परिणाम और दी गयी उपडेट के बारे में कुछ चिंताएं हैं और इन्ही मुद्दों के समाधान के लिए विरोध प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा था।

मौजूदा शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को प्रभावित किए बिना रेलवे परीक्षा के प्रथम चरण के कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी) के परिणामों के संबंध में उम्मीदवारों द्वारा उठाई गई चिंताओं को देखने के लिए रेलवे के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की एक उच्च समिति का गठन किया गया है ताकि वो कैंडिडेट्स के कंसर्नस को समझ सके

RRB has released a new portal in which you can give suggestions related to CEN-01/2019 NTPC, CEN-01/2019 Group D. Its process is as follows.

• After coming to this page you will get the option of Click for link for candidates to register their concerns/suggestions regarding CEN-01/2019 (NTPC) and CEN RRC-01/2019 on 28.01.2022
• After clicking, a new page will open in front of you and now after coming to this page you have to select CEN No then you have to select the RRB from where you had applied and click on submit option,
• After clicking, the RRB NTPC & Group D Level I Exam concerns/ suggestion Online 2022 form will open in front of you.
• Now you have to fill this RRB Suggestion for NTPC & Group D 2022 form carefully and share your exam Concerns/Suggestions (max. 300 characters)
